Yonex Estonian Junior
Men´s (MS) and women´s (WS) single, men´s (MD) and women´s (WD) double and mixed doubles (XD). According to BWF rules, players born 1998 or later can be accepted.
Yonex Estonian U17
Men´s (MS) and women´s (WS) single, men´s (MD) and women´s (WD) double and mixed doubles (XD). According to BWF rules, players born 2000 or later can be accepted.
The maximum number of competitors accepted in the tournament are:
48 players in men´s and women´s single
32 pairs in men´s and women´s double
32 pairs in mixed doubles
No qualification will be played before the main draw.
If there are more entries for the Yonex Estonian Junior than will be accepted, the players/pairs will qualify for the main draw according to the rule 6.1.5 of the BE Junior Circuit regulations.
It is required that every event in a particular BEC Junior Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. The organizer doesn´t accept liability for any expenses towards any party in case either of the above mentioned clauses is not met.
All events will be played in knock-out system. The seeding and the draw will be made by Badminton Europe on 22th November 2016.
Experimental scoring system with the setting option 1 will be used in our tournament, i.e. best of 5 games of 11 points, with setting to a maximum of 15 points.
Setting Option 1 – at 10-all, the player/pair wins the game when a two point lead is achieved, or first to 15 when the score reaches 14-all.
There will only be intervals not exceeding 60 seconds between games and an interval not exceeding 60 seconds only in the fifth game, when the leading score reaches 6.

All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System.

Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday, 8th November 2016 at 23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT +08.00)
All participants need to have the BWF-ID
Entry fees for the tournament are (shuttles included):
- EUR 30,00 per player in singles events
- EUR 36,00 euros per pair in doubles events
The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player.
The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline passes. For all the players withdrawing in the meantime the organizers invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member Association.
No late entries will be accepted.

Advertising and clothing
Yonex Estonian Junior/U17 International will be conducted according to the BWF General Competitions Regulations 19-23 and to the regulation 13 in Badminton Europe Junior/Bec U17 Circuit Regulations on advertising and clothing.
The organizer declines any responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damages. It is up to all participants to insure themselves.
